The doctors and staff are very professional and polite. I liked how their billing system is on a per session (days) basis rather than a graft basis. Most clinics quote the cost on a graft basis. They've explained to me very clearly that it's going to take two days for me and how much and what part of my head they're going to cover each day and they agreed to cover those areas irrespective of how many grafts are needed to be implanted based on the graft availability on the back of my head. The job was very well done. After a couple of months, now nobody could tell I've had hair transplantation until I tell them.
